Adobe Ridge is situated in a pleasant part of Glendale. The amenities of the community are excellent including a 24 hour gym and pool. The apartment units are cozy, clean, and feature plenty of storage space. Overall a good place to call home.

Adobe Ridge is an amenity-rich, beautifully appointed, and highly-maintained property that is well-situated. There are so many welcoming aspects (that pool!) and very appealing upgrades (farm sink!). I like the peacefulness of the residential neighborhood and the adjacent natural creek bed. The nearness of the freeway makes errands easy. The leasing staff and maintenance personable are very responsive. The gates are only part of why I feel very safe here. The residents I've met in my first month have been both friendly and respectful with an eye on keeping our community safe and attractive. I believe the apartments are priced favorably as well.

i would love to recommend brands i love and love me back but unfortunately, adobe ridge doesn't make the cut. i had to stay somewhere else for almost a week after my official move in date due flooding, a/c issues, stinky dishwasher, incorrect hot and cold water connection lines (ruined my clothes FYI). oh and if you get to deal with jordin from leasing, be careful or else she'll tell you "i'll just let you send an email request to address your concerns"

The apartment complex is fantastic. We were unable to visit prior to signing our lease due to travel issues, but needless to say we were impressed upon arrival and very satisfied. Some things that may have raised some questions for us, if we had toured in advance, are the outdated appliances (dishwasher and thermostat are a bit on the older side). There were a couple of small things missed that we identified on our apartment walk, nothing we haven’t dealt with before on prior leases, but they were quick to schedule a maintenance repair. Moreover, the staff here are all super friendly, particularly Jose who was very helpful throughout our move-in process. We are very happy with our new home to say the least, and will likely renew in the coming future.

Adobe ridge is a quiet and gated community. The staff communicate well and are very helpful. They helped me a lot during the execution of my lease and were understanding with my time (couldn't pick up keys nor deliver a bank note in person due to work). Parking is horrible. Maintenance “completes” request when they are not done. Management doesn’t seem to care there are bugs in their units. Not impressed.

Adobe Ridge is the place to live. I've been here a little over 7 years and have loved it more and more as each year passes. The office staff especially Jose and Sonia are awesome. Whatever you need done whatever your specific need is they will pay attention and take care of it. I recommend Adobe Ridge to everyone.

I've never been one to do reviews but Adobe Ridge warrants one. Housing costs being what they are in the Phoenix area it was nice to find a place a place to call home for almost 20 years The staff from the front office to maintenance are congenial and easy to work with and over the years we have only had one issue that can't be resolved. The units and grounds are well maintained. Over the years we seen a lot of management staffing changes. Our hope is there are no plans to make any changes to currant staff they The residents here are friendly and outgoing and surprisingly eager to assist others when needed. You will never have to travel far for anything schools, stores and malls, medical, recreation is all close

Adobe Ridge is my home. The staff it's like my family. I love Adobe Ridge. I just started my seventh year here and hope to live here many more years to come. It is the staff of the entire complex and the atmosphere of adobe Ridge that keeps me here. I love this place.

Nice community of good people, units comes with more or less everything you need, and there's even a pool and workout room. And it's right by my University so I can drive right over.
