Adley is by far the best apartments i have ever lived in, in my long history of living in apartments. It is well maintained, clean, greatly located, recently updated, and the staff is incredibly nice & helpful. There are regular events & food trucks which is so fun. They also have a VIP program pairing with local restaurants, which i have never seen either. Overall, i could not recommend them more!

The location is great and near my job! The area is kept clean and there are monthly events that let everyone meet and socialize. The apartment itself is spacious and well laid out. Perfect for single folks or small families. Kayla and Bailey have been an amazing duo! If there are any issues they are right on top of it. I highly recommend checking it out.

Adley is a wonderful place. The apartments are nice, but what makes this place so special is the staff and community. We have extremely pleasant neighbors and Bailey, Kayla, and all of the maintenance crew are great. The staff goes above and beyond for the tenants. We really can't express our gratitude enough. We move frequently with our careers, and haven't lived in an apartment for over 26 years, but decided to give it a try. We couldn't be happier to have chosen Adley.

My partner and I just moved in a couple of months ago and things have been great! They have been extremely accommodating to our situation and both the office staff and maintenance crew are all so friendly. We especially love our screened in patio (and so does our cats!). It’s also incredibly close to just about everything. Overall this is a pleasant place to live, and we would recommend it to anyone looking.

Upon calling the Adley at 72nd, the ladies working in the office were very helpful. It is not often that you find an apartment complex with customer service skills that go above and beyond to meet the needs of the tents. Very appreciative of the help that was provided to me. The complex has great amenities, super friendly staff, and the unit is high quality with modern appliances. The complex is pet friendly and dogs are always welcome in the leasing office for treats. The staff communicates very well with issues such as snow removal, rent payments, events going on at the complex, and they have a monthly newsletter. Adley VIP gets you discounts at various places and everyone I've met has been friendly. Perfect location close to everything you'd need. Highly recommend!

We have had nothing but great experiences from the start. We have felt so welcome and at home right away. From scheduling a tour to signing papers Adley at 72nd has been a joy to work with and has been nothing but professional and ready to help. We have lots of questions about paperwork and moving timelines and all of our questions were mediately answered via phone or email. Since moving here anytime we have had a maintenance request or a request for the gals in the office it has been answered and dealt with within a 30 minute time window. We also enjoy the gym and spend a lot of time there. It’s always kept nice and clean and well-maintained. We can not wait for the pool to open up this summer During the winter the management team keeps up on salting not only the driveways but also the sidewalks, hallways, and stairs. We would highly recommend scheduling it to her to see what it’s all about.

I've lived here for 2 years now. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and large for a one bedroom. There are always projects going on to make the buildings and property more attractive and comfortable. All the neighbors I've met are warm, friendly and kind! The complex manager Kayla and her assistant Bailey are the best! They are delightful to interact with, kind, generous and considerate, and actually care about the tenants and their well-being. Also, the maintenance guys are just terrific and a pleasure to deal with! I can't say enough positive things about living here!
