Property Ratings at Addison Ranch Apartments
The ineptitude of the staff at Addison Ranch never ceases to amaze me. In the 9 months I have lived here my car was towed (despite paying for and having a correctly displayed parking permit, and for which I was NOT reimbursed), the washer and dryer stopped working the second day I moved in and maintenance's solution was it will be okay as long as you never change cycles, they have entered the apartment no less than 12 times to make "repairs" and do "routine maintenance checks," and have consistently on a monthly basis screwed up my auto payment for rent without providing any solutions for the errors and in turn, leave threatening notes on my door suggesting I will be evicted in 30 days if I don't pay. When I went in to the office and was obviously frustrated that as a divorced father of two small children, with a full time job, having to continue to deal with the consequences of a staff/system that is incapable of processing auto payment, the property manager who was not a part of the conversation came out and told me to leave. Then I asked to speak with her managers and she not only didn't provide me with management's contact information but told me to leave and instructed one of her staff to call the police. When the police showed up, they obviously understood my frustration and how ridiculous it was that they were called and let me go on my way. I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT RENT AT ADDISON RANCH.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We strive to provide excellent service and it's clear we fell short in your case. We take your feedback seriously and will use it to improve our operations and customer service. We're committed to making things right and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. They have an unnecessary complicated application process and are quite picky about everything. Consider your deposit forfeited because they will create any excuse to keep it when you move out. Some excuses may consist from cleaning charges to late fees that are higher than the original cost. They also charge $50 if you don’t return the parking sign that is made of cheap flimsy plastic and can’t cost more than $2. There is always issues with parking and they don’t even grant you the courtesy to schedule a time when accessing the apartment. The management people are quite rude and unhelpful. If they need anything from you, you better make it a life threatening priority given the tone they use it in the phone. The place is very expensive and there is no flexibility at all. Their passive aggressive attitude is quite shameful in my opinion.
