I’ve lived in this complex for a little over a month and a half, I’ve been absolutely impressed with the staff and community so far. Maintenance came and took care of an issue that I set in literally the next day, if anyone’s looking for a new home in the Greensboro area this is a wonderful place!

I've been living in this apartment complex for a year and I have had a good experience. It's mantained well, clean and it's a quiet place to live. Neighbors are respectful and service maintenance very responsive and professional.
My experience with Addison Point was seriously phenomenal. As a first-time home owner/renter, plus moving from another state, I was unsure what to expect. I certainly did my due diligence with researching everything & everywhere, and somehow stumbled upon Addison Point after being disappointed by my personal top-rated apartments. I was feeling hopeless with finding my own little place; then came Addison Point. It was literally a blessing. Applying & getting approved the same day, and literally moving in next week! Everything lined up so perfectly, I knew it was for me. Plus, its WAY better than the places I initially looked at. Truly. A HUGE thanks to the community staff for all their help!

Addison Point was a nice place to live. Management is helpful and maintenance usually responds to problems quickly. I always felt safe and never had problems with noisy neighbors. It has almost all of the amenities that some of the nearby self-described luxury apartment complexes have for hundreds of dollars less a month.

I enjoy the peace and quiet here. I just wished the apartments were more modern. Small things can make a huge difference.
We have been pleased with our living experience at Addison Point. We had only one issue with an older stove that was in the apartment when we moved in but the issue was addressed and a new stove was installed within an appropriate time frame.
Addison Point is a great place to live. The office and maintenance staff are great and always there to help in anyway they can. The community is great. I would recommend Addison Point to anyone looking for an apartment home.
Addison Point offers a safe living environment, including overnight gates, alarm system on 1st floor apts. Maintenance issues are quickly and professionally handled. Leasing office staff helpful and informative during COVID pandemic. Very good location as well; close to I-40, several major roads through Gteensboro, and shopping areas.
The staff in the management office are very pleasant. Any request I needed for maintenance was handling in a timely manner. Addison point is a nice, well kept facility and I would truly recommend this as a place to live.
Addison Point is a fabulously manicured apartment community featuring a cute clubhouse available for event rentals, a pool, sand volleyball court, fitness room, and multiple picnic areas with grills among other amenities. In the age of COVID, I find myself particularly glad I choose to live here as the grounds are beautiful and lovely to walk.
The addison is a quiet quaint place to live everyone minds they business but are friendly and its safe .
this is going on my 3rd year living at Addison Point, it's a good place live
Initially had issues with refrigerator advised them of this and they would let someone come and just bandage the issue because the problem kept happening until i left a year later. The Storage rooms provided leaked and has bugs. No proper parking, and when leaving they charged me for marks on a counter top that were initially there because who would use a knife for anything in the middle of the counter top and i use cutting boards for everything but i guess they were trying to find anything to charge me for leaving not to mention poor trash management valet trash will have garbage at your door for days that you are forced to pay $25.00 a month for. I am glad i left good riddance.

Greetings! Searching for the perfect apartment community? Well this is the ONE!!! I have Lived here (and ,I mean LIVED) since 2013. Awesome amenities , super close to Expressway I-40 and shopping. Dog and cat friendly . The rent is comparable with other complexes near here! The difference you will experience living here is stress free, gated community. The office staff is simply wonderful, ample parking, and maintenance staff is spot-on! Definitely recommend

We just moved in less than a month ago and already feel like we mad the right decision! The layout we have is great! Love the way the neighbors and staff are very friendly and have smiles on their faces. All the amenities (gym, pool, and gated entrance at night are first class) We are so happy with our decision to come here and definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area!
Dog poop EVERYWHERE. You can't make it three steps with out running across poop. Dogs off of their leash EVERYWHERE. The lady that used to live below me NEVER put her dogs on a leash. Just let them in and out to run as they pleased. I've seen three pittbulls, a golden retriever, a German Shepard, and another (don't know what breed) ALL without a leash. Three of them have charged me and my dog. Who is on a leash. Complaints to the office staff accomplish nothing. They're really good about making you think they care and will do something about a problem but they don't handle anything. Quiet place and I've always felt pretty safe. But overall the office staff is a joke. Even spoke with another girl who used to work here when we saw her at a another property we were looking at and she just confirmed how terrible the office staff is. We can't wait to leave.

Addison Point is my first apartment by myself! I have been here for almost two years and I love my apartment. If I report an issue, it is fixed within a few hours! The staff are very friendly and I am proud to call Addison Point my home!

April would be a year since my family and I have been here. We haven't had any problems with neighbors nor staff. I would say the only negative will be the front gate not working half of the time we been here and now it's completely broke. But I would definitely recommend

I moved into addison point in August 2014 and moved out the following year (July 2015) only because I'm relocating to another state for work. As a single woman living alone I have ALWAYS felt safe here. I'm giving it 4.5 stars (I know it's not an official rating) because no place is perfect but this one is really good. Best Qualities: maintenance is FAST and friendly and professional, the apartment was spotless clean when I moved in, affordable without compromising quality, community activities are awesome I met a lot of people and formed relationships, super pet friendly (my 6lb maltipoo loved it here too!), communication with residents (monthly updates about the community via email). Things that could be improved: myself and other residents have had office staff members be less than helpful (note: the specific staff member I'm referring to is no longer working here), the pool can get a bit crazy during the summer months and isn't monitored well. And that's basically it. No place is 100% perfect but you can consider this a full recommendation from me to move here.
