East Evansville is a collection of several different neighborhoods east of Indiana State Route 41 about five miles from downtown. Property Ratings at Addison Place
The cost of rent is not worth the apartment. Appliances need updating along with new carpet. Management and maintenance are friendly and accommodating.
Addison Place is a great place to live. My husband, daughter and I have lived here for 2 1/2 years with our dog. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath with washer/dryer hook-ups. It has been a pleasant place to live. The apartments are spacious and the floor plans are well laid out. They are very affordable as well. They have a refreshing pool and picnic area, fitness room, recreation room, and laundry room. They also have free wifi. The staff is very friendly and open to suggestions and concerns. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues. Addison Place is a fun place to live. The neighbors are friendly too. We enjoy it a lot.
