Adar at Golden Gate

When i had first moved here it was a very cozy and loving environment, the staff are very kind and welcoming. But at about two weeks of me moving into my apartment there was a huge roach problem in my kitchen, it was disgusting..we called for the bug man but he didn't do much. Also in about a month of me living there..there was a shooting right outside my apartment. This property is fine to live at just be cautious and check for bugs.

Ms.Fern in her team are the best in Stone Mountain. They really make you feel like a family here, from keeping the complex clean, to having programs and resources that’ll help you on your journey here in Georgia. I would recommend this place to anyone. Ms. Fern and her team are very understanding, will work with you, and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as can be.

Stephanie, and also her team were truly exceptional. I was impressed with the data she produced, the tours were very thorough her cool and calm mindset kept my horrible anxiety at a low, and gave me the confidence I truly needed to pull thru confidently. Stephanie made the process a breeze for me and it was a pleasure to work with her and her team. There's was nothing that could be done better, this goes to show, excellent service DOES still exist. Its been over a year since i am living at Adar. Although the built is old so there are some maintainence issues in the area but they are trying their best to overcome any problem resident have. Miss Fern is the leasing lady boss and shes is very generous and helpful for any kind of assistance, with her busy schedule she was very helpful and always checking on me when i needed help in my application and rental assistance.The maintainence guy Delroy is also very nice and tries to fix the problem as soon as he can. They have maintained the property really well and i am also happy with the security they provide to their residents.

One of the many things that sets this property apart from most other properties is the amazing leasing agents in the office. They are always there to help with the upmost care. I have been here for almost a year now and Stephanie has been my number one go to for everything! Whether I have a question, a concern, or even just to say Hi, she is always right there! The staff here genuinely care about PEOPLE, which is very rare these days. The maintenance staff is nothing short of amazing. Whenever I have had a maintenance concern, they always respond in a timely manner and get my issues taken care of asap. As for the property itself, it is pretty quiet, clean, and the community is friendly.

Let's first start with the amazing agents this property has. Stephanie is the absolute best! She genuinely cares about PEOPLE, which is very rare in these days. I have been here for a year now and Stephanie has been my go to since day one. Any problems, questions, or anything I may need, she is going to do everything she can do help! Even the property manager Shrani is an amazing human as well! Always there to help. Maintenance takes care of issues in a timely fashion as well. Other than these individuals being an absolute delight to work with, the property itself is amazing as well. Quiet, clean, everyone is friendly. You will love it here.

Well it has taken me some time to write my review. But here goes. I was in a very bad relationship situation where I needed a place to move too. I just so happen to stop by the sister property and they were too small. They referred me to Adar and said ask for Stephanie. Came by and saw two apartments and I said I really didn't want to be above or under anyone and she showed me a Townhouse that was being Renovated. When I tell you Stephanie was the Greatest. She walked me throughout the process showed me everything that I needed to know and I was still able to talk to her about anything going on if anything in my New Home. Adar is quiet, especially at night during the day and the evening. My home is peaceful as well as the community. As long as we Keep Stephanie on the Job and here at Adar you got me. BIG SHOUT OUT TO STEPHANIE. Also let me say that when I moved in something was wrong with the light in the Bathroom Stephanie called matinentence and they came right away. Professional and Authentic

Management is very helpful. During my time there Ms. Fern the property manager has worked with me whether it comes to rental payments or maintenance. Maintenance responds efficiently and Ms. Fern is always available to talk if I had some issues making a payment. There is security on the property and they are always improving the property from the pool to the beautification of the entire property and units. All of my appliances were brand new and the flooring was new. My son has made friends here and enjoys being able to walk to school and from school with his friends.

I was in a time crunch because my lease was ending very soon, and Nicole worked with me on everything to ensure that things went smoothly. They had no problem accommodating my schedule and working with me as far as the move in day goes. So far I have nothing but positive things to say

Newly remodeled townhomes. Not done well, they took a lot of shortcuts but nothing is a major issue. Neighbors are fine, office staff is nice. Beautiful creek out back adds a star honestly.
