Been here since early 2024 and have extended lease for another 12 months because we love it. Overall great experience. Community is getting a little too big so shared amenities become crowded. Other than that big recommendation :)

The events they hold at Adams Hill are very good, but the apartment stairs are almost never cleaned, which means there are always cobwebs in the summer.

Spacious apartments, good soundproofing to the outdoors, amazing views if you pick the right apartment, and a friendly staff. A little bit expensive but if that isn’t a problem, this is an amazing choice with a little bit of everything right next to you. Close to the airport and the highway, the location is amazing.

My dog and I have been here since August 2024. I absolutely enjoy it more every day. The community is peaceful and well maintained and so beautiful. The staff continues to be efficient, helpful and welcoming. I lived in two other nice apartment complexes downtown. Adam’s Hill has the most unique community events of all.

Overall my stay at Adam's hill has been great, love the location, the views is great and all the events that has been planned at the club house is great, only down side is the parking at night from 8pm and forward i have been having to park 1 to 3 buildings away from my building. If parking was expanded by building 5,6,7 it would help and relieve some of that frustration.

Love everything about being here just wished there was better parking, some times I have to park in front of the leasing office and my apartment is quite a walk from it. Outside of parking though I have no complaints. Friendly neighbors and great staff. :)

So happy with this complex! The staff is very friendly, and the community is comfy. Love the quality of events. The only downside is the road noise that can be heard in the outer buildings. But it’s a quiet and welcoming place other than that!

Living at Adams Hill has been great so far! Love how peaceful and friendly the community is. Regarding the clubhouse, the grills sometimes don't work and are too dirty and people can leave the trash out in the hallway on the day for valet services, but other than that, it's been great. The staff is really helpful!

We love living at Adams Hill! It’s a clean, smoke-free area and has a fantastic view and many beautiful resting spaces! The area is also well lit which is a huge benefit when coming home late or going for an evening walk! It’s a blessing to be able to live here at Adams Hill!

Adam’s Hill is a well established community. The complex has a very modern structure. Adam’s Hill offers amazing amenities as well. Overall this complex is an absolute gem. I recommend anyone who has not seen it to come by and check it out.

Adams Hill is the best apartment community I have lived in. From the first tour, to the lease signing, to move-in day, and beyond, I've had nothing but a great experience. So far, the community is quiet and respectful and the staff is wonderful! And the perks are great, too! But the best part is the view of the mountains especially sunset. It is amazing!

Great place to live. No issues with staff or neighbors. The area is convenient. Lots of amenities. Parking is the only complaint I have. Hard to find one near your building sometimes.

I moved in about 10 days ago. My apartment and the community already seems like home!!! Everyone in the office has been so helpful and professional. The grounds are beautiful and the location couldn’t be better for us. And of course the views are spectacular! Best decision I have made in a long time!
