      Neighborhood

      Located about a mile northeast of Downtown Culver City, McManus keeps residents within walking distance of some of the city’s best amenities. Washington Boulevard, the busiest street in the neighborhood, is filled with trendy restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and more. McManus borders the Art District which influences the culture of the neighborhood, so you’ll find art galleries, art supply stores, and offices for creative industries around McManus as well.

      Residents flock to Syd Kronenthal Park to play sports, and the neighborhood is also near several excellent parks and beaches. Climb the Culver City Stairs up to the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook for great views of Los Angeles or drive about ten miles to Santa Monica Beach or Venice Beach. Similar to many Los Angeles neighborhoods, rentals in McManus are typically on the more expensive end, but there are moderately priced options available as well.

      Excellent experience living at Access Culver City so far. Leasing and move in was easy. Building staff are professional and friendly. Amenities are awesome, and well maintained. Apartment layout makes sense, and is just what we needed. Would recommend!

      Access has been an ideal apartment community. Fantastic location convenient to everything Culver City (and also Los Angeles generally) has to offer. Nice and spacious floorplans, and very professional and friendly management/service. It's easy to feel at home here!

      I've been living at Access Culver City for over a year, and am very pleased with the property. The building amenities are wonderful and well maintained. The staff has been responsive and makes an effort to get to know tenants on a personal level. My apartment truly feels like a home, with state-of-the-art finishings and appliances, and the location is superb! I highly recommend this building.

      Living at Access Culver City has been a great experience! The convenience of the building being right near the train, easy access to many parts of LA via the close freeways, to living right above a grocery store! It can get any better.       We really enjoy living at Access Culver City- it is resort style living from its heated pool, to the clean gym, beautiful club room, and friendly staff. We also have a beautiful outdoor balcony view of the hills. The added plus is that it is very close to major freeways and the train which heads straight to downtown or the beach. ??
