Located about a mile northeast of Downtown Culver City, McManus keeps residents within walking distance of some of the city’s best amenities. Washington Boulevard, the busiest street in the neighborhood, is filled with trendy restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and more. McManus borders the Art District which influences the culture of the neighborhood, so you’ll find art galleries, art supply stores, and offices for creative industries around McManus as well.
Residents flock to Syd Kronenthal Park to play sports, and the neighborhood is also near several excellent parks and beaches. Climb the Culver City Stairs up to the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook for great views of Los Angeles or drive about ten miles to Santa Monica Beach or Venice Beach.
