When I first moved in I was very well taken care of by the management staff, they made my move in very easy and manageable! I love the community and especially being very close to work (I’m a nurse) so that’s a plus as well! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and quiet place.
I love the renovated apartments they're perfect for me & my son.
Steer clear ladies and gentleman! When I moved in 2 1/2 years ago the property manager was great! Lisa is the new manager and terrible! She cannot handle resident situations with tact. They ruined my patio furniture during construction and never tried to fix it. They change complex rules without notifying residents and then punish them for not abiding! They pure lack of customer service with Lisa is unacceptable!

The ladies in the office are superb; no complaints there. However, the property management company of this complex have ruined my time here. Yes, they have remodeled the exterior, but at the cost of putting their residents through the ringer for months on in... Instead of completely remodeling 1 building at a time; they would do a little on each every other week; making us bring our patio furniture indoors for weeks, only to put them out, and then bring them back in again! Rebuilding our staircases with no notice, to where we couldn't even walk our dogs and then weeks later painting the stairs (with no warning again) that we couldn't leave for almost a whole day! Yes, the exterior is now almost complete, but guess what's next? The interiors!!! Having only lived here through all the exterior renovations, which took about 6 months in total and Westdale Properties offering their residents absolutely NOTHING for all the inconvience. I am positive the interior renovations will be even worse! So, take my advice, and either find an already renovated apartment, or steer clear of this place until ALL renovations are completed!

I lived here when I first moved to Greenville, and I couldn't have had a more positive experience. Kathy in the office was amazing, and always very helpful. I felt very safe and never heard my neighbors. I recommend this community all the time.
Just make sure that you have looked everywhere before signing a contract with them!! Very experienced liars!!

Great location. Staff is really friendly, and quick to fulfill any maintenance requests. Apartments look a little outdated, because of the wet bar, but it's been a really great addition. Spacious closets, great gym and pool (8 ft deep!), and quiet! I can't hear the neighbors at all!
