I LOVE Acadiana Crossing - I have been a resident at the community for 2+ years and counting! The staff and property manager are always prompt and ready to help! They host events often - One even had food trucks parked out front under the awning! It is a Pet Oriented Environment (Better than Friendly!) They have accommodated our Fur loved ones with a safe outdoor & Indoor setting - Dog parks and walking trails. The apartment complex is efficient - every process is quick and easy, I have never had an issue with maintenance or clerical. Often they are at your door prior to making requests. The security is Epic! The gate provides privacy to residents & If there is a need - Security is found on site! Apartment wise - They are Chic and Modern - Ready to be transformed with your creativity and personality! (Plenty of space to hang art and tapestries!) I hope to meet new members of our Community!!
Gated entrance along with security cameras and security staff. North Lafayette has its reputation but living here I didn't feel that way at all. The residents are super friendly and made me feel at home. The dog park is a nice feature too.
I've lived on the property for over 7 months and I don't have any complaints. The price is nice and it's one of the best values that you will find in Lafayette. Shawn does a great job managing the property and Ashley and Danielle are exceptional at keeping the office running smoothly and assisting residents. Management here is very professional and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. Definitely worthy of a 5 star review...
Really nice place to live for what it costs. Some things aren't finished yet, but hopefully will be soon. Nice quiet place for retired folk like me.
Six months ago I had called everywhere and no one was accepting of me having cats. Finally I found Acadian crossing. I signed virtually and had no idea what to expect. Since arriving I have been pleasantly surprised. Great insulation in the rooms and I rarely hear noise. The property is gated and they have a security guard every night. The work with flex so rent can be done every two weeks if needed! They have a laundry room on site that is mobile pay enabled. They also have mobile enabled snack machines and a super comfortable lounge to play games or relax on a couch while you wait for your laundry. There's also an awesome resident kitty to greet you in the lobby. The staff is attentive to issues and genuinely care if you ever feel uncomfortable. There's also a pool I personally could not want anything else and love it hear. I think its perfection for a small family or a single person.
I absolutely love my Cozy and Comfy Studio Apartment. Many amenities to offer. Great Staff as well. It’s so Amazingly Peaceful here….
A great place to get started if you haven’t rented before. Highly helpful staff. Gated community & a nice perimeter walk of 1/2 miles. Apartment is great, quiet. Nice to not have to worry about electric hook ups.
Absolutely love my apartment. So cute and cozy. All the staff are awesome . Pet friendly. Pool, gym, package room, laundry room, etc.. and love that it's a gated community.

Dear ex-Tenant, We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our property and you were unable to continue residing here. We take our community very seriously. We do have aggressive policies in place, as well as professional pest control to protect our new apartments from mold & pests. I understand if u need a cheap rental. I signed a 6 months lease that ended November 2022. A written copy of the lease was NOT provided to me. FIRST RED FLAG! The Manager stated “ It’s on our website. You can access it there,” The lease stated after the lease period was over it went month to month, pretty standard. I got a call from the Manager and he said I needed to come in and update my lease. I told him, according to the lease, I was going month to month. December 17th I get a text message from someone, I don’t know who, that my last day here would be December 31, 2022. I went to the office and after some back and forth I was told by the Manager “ I’m canceling the lease, there is no more lease.” I became irate and called him every name it the book, none of which was complementary. So now I will be homeless just in time for the New Year! Happy Days!!

They were tastefully designed and planned out. I love the layout and it is so peaceful here.
Graduate student at ULL-- just signed a half year lease on a studio apartment and have been very pleased so far with how friendly and accommodating the staff have been. Landlords were extremely willing to work with me on an atypical lease length and we're upfront about costs. The renovations look great and I'm super excited to move in. Only real downside for me is there's no closet space in the studio for clothes or storage so things have to be kept out in the open. Not a huge problem for me being a minimalist but something to keep in mind if you have a lot of stuff!
This place is beautiful they have done a awesome job. They are very respectful and I can’t wait to move in.
