I'm been living in this marvelous and peaceful community for 2 years and a few month. The staff in this place is remarkable, they do their job fast and with expertise. Here we are like a big family. I really recommend this place. I almost forget, the girls at the office are awesome.

We have an extraordinary experience with the atmosphere and services that we received from Academy on Eastern Lake ( Brooke Commons) and we recommend to everyone.

The place is calm and is in an accessible place. In my opinion and respect, there are inconveniences in terms of parking lately. It would be convenient too. This is facilitated to the tenants security.

This is going to be my third year living in this wonderful community. Every time that I need something to fix in my apartment the maintenance staff comes as quickly as the can, most of the time within an hour that I had putted the work order. The maintenance staff and the staff in the office are excellent. I really recommend this place a 1,000%.

I'm happy to reside at Academy Eastern Lake Community. Good and safe area, close to everything what I need.

One thing I appreciate and love about this community is that I get a fast response from maintenance, work gets done same day and the staff is amazing.

I love my community, it's amazing! Everything is clean and beautiful. Administration staff is very nice and sweet. Maintenance is always fast and very polite. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, nice kept community.

Shout-out to our maintenance team. I have required a couple of maintenance request during the last weeks. Efrain, Bryan and Frank are incredibly patient, (I ask a lot of questions), helpful, and always go above and beyond to resolve issues. I enjoy living at this community. I have been here for many years. I am close to near-by highways, airports, malls and supermarkets. Disney is just a 40 minute drive from here. I feel safe it’s very quiet and peaceful at night. When I see maintenance and office personnel they are very friendly. Especially, Efrin he makes sure to get the job done. They are all very nice.

Location is very good. I suggest supervision during weekends. Some residents do not comply with rules and regulation within comunity premises.

The entrance to the complex is an embarrassment that there is so many big holes that can do damage to the car tires. It’s been there for months and they are not doing anything to fix it

We are so lucky to have these amazing people who are work so hard to make our community better especially the beautiful lady who work in front desk (Patricia) and the smart who works maintenance (obed)??

A place to be called “Home” Leasing professionals (Love Patricia! ?? ) hard working maintenance staff (very well kept grounds), clean/beautiful apartment, quiet neighborhood. Mio ??

The ladies in the front are very helpful and profesional. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and the community is excellent. It’s the quietest community and low and I mean 0-none crime. We enjoy living here. I’ve never had an issue.

I like the quiet area, how everyone is nice and how residents keep to themselves

After living here for 14 years, for the most part I like it here but lately when requesting to get things done, to enjoy living here, is not making me want to stay longer. I had someone from the office to do a walk through after I signed my lease to advise her of things that are broken or I think should be upgraded or replaced and that was the last time I saw her and the maintenance guy which was in the end of March or beginning if April. My son was the one who went to the office a couple of days ago to inquire about the fan again, then they came over and drilled nails in the fan. I haven't had my rug replaced since 2010, my refrigerator works but it is rusty on the bottom left corner, I have 2 bathrooms with 2 different lanoliiums and no paint since who knows when. I haven't asked for much but I have been a great tenant and think I should get an upgrade on my apartment without being charged or penalized. Thank you

Been living here for almost 4 yrs with my 2 kids. Started out with my mom and now it's just us. We like it here. It's peaceful and affordable.

A/c went out and the same day was fix in a blink of an eye and explain and was really friendly and respectful

I love this place, everything is good, no noise, parking accesible and clean. Good customer service and very diligent.

The office manager and the front desk are very helpful kind people especially Ms Genesis and Ms Patricia they are wonderful staff I’m really grateful and appreciate them for there hard work and patience ??.

Brook Commons is a. Great place to live ! I advise people to come and sign up for a apartment.

I have been residing here with Brooke Commons since it was called Eastlake. I have met a lot of team members and management throughout the years. Some were very friendly and love to see you come by the office. To chat and talk about the community. They definitely keep up with the cleanup manicuring the lawns cutting down trees when necessary. The location is great. Everything is close. It’s very quiet here. Over the years that I have been here there hasn’t been much crime that I am aware of or seen. But overall this community is a great community to live in. This is the reason I have been here for so long. :)

My experience at brooke Commons has been great. It would be excellent if we can get other residents to pick up their dog species from the ground and stop smoking while walking around the community. Also, if the trash compactor would be always clean instead of full of trash outside of the compactor.

Great customer service the office will help you and the property manager is excellent job she does in the community

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. UNLESS you want the following: 100 cockroaches as your roommates during the day, double that number at night A janky washer and dryer that ruins, stains, and rips your clothes (and of course the office couldn't care less about compensating these items) Broken equipment all the time (fridge leaked the entire lease, all 4 stove top burners don't even work) Take out your own trash constant construction ie: pool being closed, being woken up, loud construction NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER!! Lukewarm only. The biggest issue in my opinion is the roaches. This place is disgusting. Not to mention your clothes will get ruined if you use their machines. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! This place is so janky.

We report an issue with the A/C and is been more than 2 weeks and they still have not fix the issue. Increadible!! Waitin to finish the lease to leave!! Horrible!!

Good apartment in the area for the price. Close to UCF & local highways. Safe.

I've been here for a week and all the staff and the neighborhood are amazing and the apartment are really clean love it.

Needs more up keeping With maintenance And the grounds. But otherwise ok.

When you first come to the apartment staff is nice once you sign the lease the staff is rude management sucks. maintenance you have to call two or three times for them to come out to your apartment ! When you want to go to the pool you walk over there and you find out that it's closed sometimes for a week !

This was my first apartment as a college student. My girlfriend and our best friend were all looking for a place to live. We had driven by this complex several times and decided to finally go in. The office is beautiful, and everyone who worked up there was nice to us. Every issue we had they were able to solve. (Trash, parking, utilities) But they were liars... The unit they us as a demo was amazing. It was everything they said. However, the room we actually live in is horrible. There are cracks in the ceiling, stains from the previous attendants, broken appliances and more! All the issues they were able to solve were also lies. They said "yes" to us just to get us to sign the lease. One thing that was VERY important to us was paying our rent. They said they had an online portal that can automatically split the rent into equal parts and pay with a credit card. Again, lies. You can't split a payment, and it's a $40 fee each month for paying with a credit card. Had I known this going in, I wouldn't have stayed here.
