Great location. washer and dryer, valet trash pick up, patios or decks, good maintenance, pool, gym, toddler playground, on Santa Rosa Creek Trail. Adjacent to Walgreens, Starbucks. .Close to restaurants, hardware store, beauty salon, many medical offices, grocery stores, UPS. car wash with oil change.
Acacia is a beautiful place that is maintained in an excellent condition with a pleading environment..

Staff very helpful. Great location, Adequate parking. Gym, pool and hot tub. Laundry. Patios. Santa Rosa Creek trail. Adjacent to Walgreens, Starbucks and across from Sarmentines French Bakery, Halo Beauty Salon and close to many restaurants. Many other services like hardware, tire and carwash and gas right at Mission and Rt 12. Also City bus stops, I have lived here for 20 years.

Landscaping at buildings at end of Quigg the main problem. Otherwise, many great services, like valet trash pickup, gym, pool, playground, Walgreens, Starbucks, Mission services, close to Safeway, restaurants, salon, Carwash, etc.

This complex has been going downhill the last year. There has been a change of staffing at the leasing office, and not necessarily for the better because the new manager seems to take a combative approach to tenant issues.

I've lived here more than 10 years, and am pretty disappointed in how things are since some of the staff left late last year. Lots of neglect on the property, including outdoor lights that have been out for years and garbage (including cigarette butts) everywhere. Front office is understaffed.

The apartments are located next to the beautiful Santa Rosa Creek, which has a nice walkway for a morning or anytime walk...My service dog Maxx and I walk along the creek at least once a day....

Acacia is a beautiful place to live. Everything is kept up to par and it is a beautiful and quiet complex. Maintenance is amazing and gets right on an issue, responds immediately and gets the job done quick but perfect. The location of acacia is also wonderful as there are many walking/hiking trails nearby, as well as many grocery stores and gas. All the other residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone who is looking.

Apartments are reasonably well maintained, but there is no longer a manager at the property to assist with non-maintenance issues like neighbor noise & parking. I do not recommend renting here.

affordable rooms with wonderful staff. However you get what you pay for. multiple problems with plumbing, mold, cabnetry, utilities. However, all problems once addressed have been eventually fixed. In my unit, traffic is quite annoying, especially at night

I have lived here for about a month. So far I have nothing negative to say about this place. It is quiet, very good management as well as communication. The scenery is beautiful, along with a walking path nearby. The apartment is very home comforting, and easily feels like home.

We've lived here for 8 years, in 3 different units. We've been very satisfied with the experience here. The staff, both maintenance and office, are top notch and communicate very well in a timely matter, both on items of concern for the community or we as individuals. We highly recommend it.

I have been living at Acacia for almost 3 years. Originally, my plan was to stay for only 1 year. However, I am very comfortable here. I like my apartment and I like the location. Of note- The staff is quite pleasant. Maintenance is reliable. The property is always clean. (Additionally, my dogs love living at Acacia. They have made many doggy friends here.) I would recommend this complex to friends/ family.

We just passed three years of living at Acacia (and five months in our three-bedroom) and overall we love it. It's been a challenging year as they've switched ownership, website infrastructure and hired an entirely new maintenance team, and each of those have come with some hiccups, but Wendy, Meghan and the team still work so hard to make things happen and give residents the best possible living experience. Until we can afford to buy, we're planning on staying!

The move in process was absolutely awful since our apartment wasn’t ready at all and it was cleaned on our move in day. We feel like we shouldn’t have to pay rent on the day of our move in since housekeeping was in there the majority of the day and we couldn’t put anything in the apartment until they were gone… Good thing we had a garage. It just sucked to move everything into the garage and then up to the apartment. It created more work for us. After all of this trouble we better get more of a pro-rated rent!

Acacia is a beautiful complex with awesome staff and friendly neighbors. The floor plans are very cool with lots of space and the in unit laundry is an awesome feature!

Do not apply here until they hire more staff. I believe our case is an unusual exception, but the way we’ve been forced to live since moving in (dirty apartment, non functional stove, zero communication, ect.) is appalling.

Acacia on Santa Rosa Creek is a great place to live, beautiful scenery, great restaurants and nearby shops for all my needs which is very convenient. Staff and maintenance are all great and neighbors are very respectful.

Living here for the last 3 years, you have an extra $900 in valet trash money from me. I dont use valet trash but I pay for it! This is my main irritation living here. Its so frustrating because it hits your tenants pocketbook and that is awful especially living through unprecedented times.
