Very nice area. Very quite but not far from North Myrtle or Myrtle Beach. The staff is excellent in handling any maintenance issues as they arise. Office staff always is there to help

I liked that everything was set up and ready to go upon move in. (Internet/utilities) without the need to call and have to set up ourselves. The community is clean. It is new so that is nice, having brand new appliances including washer/dryer is a plus. Like any place has its pros and cons. We enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood. Cons are mostly related to noise and cigarette smells.

I absolutely love living at Abrazo at Waterway Hills! The community has a welcoming atmosphere, and the team here truly makes it feel like home. Kennedy and Nicole in the office have been incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. One of my favorite aspects of this community is the resident events. They create opportunities to meet neighbors. The maintenance crew is always friendly and quick to address any concerns we may have. I'm particularly excited about the pickleball court. Plus, we can't wait to enjoy the pool when the weather warms up! Overall, I highly recommend Abrazo at Waterway Hills to anyone looking for a friendly and vibrant community!

Great gym area to exercise, nice area also to chill and use wifi. Overall I enjoy the amenities, I do not use the pool but I never do lol. Close to the beach and shopping areas. The unit itself is nice inside.

I'm loving it here @ Abrazo. The other day, I walked in from a extremely intense day @ work and felt a peaceful calming come over me, it was a sense of relief and happiness in which I've not felt in approximately 15 years. I hope you find as much joy as I have making this decision to move in.

Abrazo @ Waterway Hills is absolutely beautiful. Moving from another state, the leasing staff have been nothing but amazing. What I thought would be a nightmare to move over 12 hours away, Abrazo staff have been a pleasure to work with. Everything being done remotely and all online and or via phone.
