management behaves as if their running a luxury apartment complex in Buckhead or somewhere. Understand you get more with honey luvs, learn how to drop the attitudes and admit when wrong and when you have mistreated your residents. They act as if someone is begging them to stay, check out how many units are vacant. It wasn't this way with the last management
I've been living here for over a year and fair warning, prices are not bad pool and gym are not open and maintenance does a horrible job plus its next to impossible to contact the office by phone
Chose to move into Georgia to escape my home state and chose this city and apt complex because I didn’t want to be in Atlanta...horrible decision because the property has changed management (seemingly an ongoing cycle from these reviews). Maintenance take weeks, the floor has a hump in the living room, being charged for a trash service I don’t use. Ready for my lease to end since it’s a bogus amount charged to end it early even though they change management left and right.

It’s sad that I’m a government employee, a public servant, who cannot come home to enjoy the pool or the gym - AND THATS THREE YEARS WORTH. Not open and lies about the pool needed inspection from Fulton County. Meanwhile I said I’m a government employee and can confirm that’s a lie! The pool remains closed as I have a special needs child that I have every summer who cannot use the amenities. The apartments are falling apart and boot leg maintenance only rigs it to work a day or so. DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE LIKE I WAS...

You pay for amenities you will never get to access ever! No pool or gym as advertised! Mgmt says kids from the other neighborhoods join in the pool fun when it’s open; therefore their solution is to keep it closed summer after summer! Why work hard to come home to nothing! Don’t move here! Office staff less than subpar????

I have lived here over a year... renewed my lease a couple of months ago around the time when the management changed... the new management is horrible... there is always trash and furniture overflowing in the dumpster, the pool hasn’t been unusable for half the summer and they don’t give u a straight answer when u ask about it... I called to have a work order put it in and the management acted bothered by my call... when my lease is up, I’m out... ???

This complex is struggling. Recently the amenities have been discontinued such as the use of the clubhouse/office and computers. The pool has been out of service for half of the season and the parking spaces need to be repaved.
