Abode At Litchfield Park

I’ve been living in this community for about a month now. Overall I’ve really enjoyed my time. I love having a detached unit so you still get the benefits and security of community living with privacy and solidarity. Community is well maintained and everyone has been friendly from neighbors/other tenants to the staff I’ve met. No place is perfect so there can be a few things someone may not like or is more of a priority for them but this community is basic which is what I was looking for. I did not need all these amenities (and fees!) and it’s been really nice to be somewhere where I can have the luxury of a pool and some shared space but still have my own patio so I’m not surprised with fluctuated fees each month when I don’t use certain areas. I am very happy and can’t wait to continue living in ny new home!

I have lived in the community seven months and have had a great experience. From the very start, the ladies in the front office Lori and Gabriella were very helpful, professional, and friendly. The property is very nice and well kept. The maintenance guys do an excellent job of keeping the property looking great. Overall, I’m very happy. I would definitely renew my lease and recommend Abode to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Abode is an amazing place to live. The comfort of your own home. And so close to all shopping centers.

I have resided at Abode for 2-1/2 years and have yet to see a gum wrapper on the grounds of the premises. The complex is quiet and beautifully maintained. The gals in the office could not be more personable.

Great location, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Pet friendly, quiet, clean, nice looking apartments.

The apartment set up and property are great. The staff here is wonderful, very helpful, professional and friendly. I Would highly recommend Abode at Litchfield Park to anyone looking for an apartment home.

Property management has really put thought and care into the property construction and layout of apartments. Quality materials were used, the walls are not made of cardboard like many apartments are. Staff are informative and really care about tenants quality of life. Fantastic place to live!

The grounds at Abode are always impeccable! I've often told people they'll have a hard time finding a stray paperclip at this property!

When your thinking of downsizing but a tiny home is a bit too small and you have no need for a 3 bedroom house and then you see this. It is like living in a community (village) of guest house and mother in law EDU's. The garage was what I had to have and so that was a bigger factor in my quickly deciding to secure that option. I love my little cottage, micro mansion. It suits me well.

I highly recommend this property. It's very comfortable and feels very safe. It is fairly new so the appliances, etc. are top notch. I do not have a pet; however, this community does seem very pet friendly.

I really enjoy living at Abode at Litchfield Park. It’s been an easy transition and feels like home.

The peaceful atmosphere at Abode is like no other. It is a different experience and community than living in a traditional apartment complex. The community and staff makes it feel much more like home.

Ideal location, close to everything! Maintenance staff is the best I’ve ever seen. Extremely friendly, efficient, and on top of things. They do what they say, when they say they will! The office staff is friendly, and any and all concerns are handled quickly (not that there have been many). Love my tiny little home!

The complex is immaculate and the staff cannot be improved on even if you tried! Well lit at night. Quiet property which is wonderful! Renewal policies are a major downfall!

The staff at Abode is responsive to your needs in a timely manner. The property is quiet and very well maintained. If you enjoy close proximity to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants, this is the place!

Arise Litchfield Park is a new community but is a nice quiet community!!

The onsite management team is very personable and helpful. Maintenance requests have so far been handled efficiently and promptly which is great. I have already submitted more repair requests in 6 weeks than I did at my previous apartment in 2.5 years. Unfortunately the quality of construction seems to be below average and some of the of the choices of what is in the units don't make much sense. For example; ceiling fans with only one speed setting. Sometimes a slow speed is what is needed to just circulate air but we only have off or blasted. I personally find the layout of the 1 bedroom unit to be inefficient but that's really my fault for not paying more attention to functionality prior to leasing. My biggest frustration though is the bug problem. Pest control services are included in the rent but killing bugs and sweeping up dead bugs is a daily occurrence. Not sure if this is an Arizona issue or a community issue but I was not expecting to have to deal with it.

It’s a great complex. Love the staff and the area is super clean. Granted it is new construction but so far so good.

Beautiful location with amazing people working in the office

Me and my wife have been at arise going on 3 months we were a little upset due to delays and stuff but after all that it’s been great living here super quiet management is awesome as so is Wendy and the maintenance guy I definitely feel happy to be able to live here thanks to the arise team ????

As empty nesters, Arise met our needs to down size and provides the private patio and yard for our four legged family member. Excellent place with excellent resident service.

I love my apartment. The staff is amazing & I would definitely recommend moving into these beautiful villas.

Love our tiny home!! The exterior of the home is beautiful and I love my 8 blue door. Once you walk inside you are pleasantly surprised at all of the beautiful surfaces. Wood like plank floors throughout, beautiful quartz counters in kitchen and bathrooms. I absolutely love my kitchen, brand new energy efficient appliances, a deep under mount sink and a little pantry for extra storage. Our back yard/patio is perfect for my kids to play. Also, having a gated community gives me peace of mind when my kids are outside that they are safe. The property manager Laurie is the best. She has gone above and beyond for my family and takes pride in her community.
