Property Ratings at Abner Apartments
I have lived here now for 2 years and every year it’s something else with the rental manager and I have been asking to speak to the owner and they refuse to give me a contact for the owner. The first issue was rent, they was adding money to my rent saying I owe a certain amount and I didn’t. Then after they got all of that under control they started with another company. I thought things would get better but it did not, I have constantly been asking for things to get fixed and upgrades to the Apt. they refuse!! I even asked to move to another apt that is renovated, I didn’t mind paying for it but they told me that wasn’t going to happen. The community is awful.. all cameras don’t work, I don’t feel safe here. Also they haven’t fixed the roach problem at all!! Roaches are still bad. They keep saying it’s gonna get better but it hasn’t. So at this point I decided to leave bc they won’t do anything. If I was anyone I wouldn’t move here bc they say they will fix stuff and they don’t!!!
