Apartments have been recently renovated with modern kitchens and bathrooms and new flooring. Choose from traditional unfurnished apartments or fully furnished units that can be rented with or without housewares. There are full-size washer and dryer hookups in select apartments with machines available to rent and we have a laundry center on site as well. We offer flexible lease terms: month-to-month (for our Corporate Suites) and 6, 9, or 12 month leases on both our Traditional and Furnished Apartments! Property amenities include: a beautiful outdoor lounging area complete with luxurious outdoor furniture and a fire-pit you can gather around with your friends and neighbors! Have an outdoor BBQ on our large gas grill or charcoal grills. When you want to relax, you can enjoy the refreshing pool or get active in the fitness center. Your four-legged friends will love our Bark Park! You can’t beat our location, right off of Interstate 565 on exit 9 in Madison. Conveniently located close to Town Madison and all of its attractions, dining, shopping and entertainment. Enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants or take in a Trash Pandas game. For your convenience, we provide an all-in-one utility package that includes water/sewer, trash, electricity, heat, A/C, satellite TV, and high-speed internet for one simple monthly fee. No additional set up fees or utility deposits required! AND you'll save over $675 in upfront utility fees and deposits because we paid them for you!
