Property Ratings at Abbotts Creek Apartments
I lived at Abbotts Creek Circle Kernersville from 2020 to 2024.Took care of the place and raising 3 kids.I was charges 300 dollars for carpet and about 50 dollars for blinds when I moved out.How can you change for carpet usage when a family have been living there for 4yrs.Why they don't automatically change carpet for new residents? That's nasty.charging good people when they have been on time on their rent and paid the move out price already. I am really disappointed . Be careful when you move there have them change all blinds and stuff before moving out since it's part of the lease.

The apartment took away valet trash service which was a part of agreement. Also residents were forced to pay $55 dollars a month for internet. Do not move here if you don't want to be nicked and dime.
Dial your non emergency police line and check the amount of break ins in the complex. $1000 dollar rent and you would think we would be roach free. Only good thing is maintenance, men quick and sweet, but the office full of anal idiots.
I have a two bedroom apartment. It fits perfectly in what my current needs are. The complex has a wonderful pool that I like to take full advantage. I feel safe being a single mom with my daughter. It is perfectly located right off the interstate and to Kernersville. I can get anywhere in about 10 minutes. I love this complex and don't regret moving in!
2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment in the heart of the Peidmont Triad. Great swimming pool and community fitness center. Plenty of parking. Easy access to 66, Business 40, and Highway 40. 20 minutes to Winston Salem, 25 to Greensboro. Close to everything!! Also has the most reasonable rent in the area. Excellent value!
We havr lived here for three years started in a two bed room all-inclusive and moved into a one bedroom all-inclusive when the kids moved out,it is the best group of office people and the fact that you pay all you bills in one payment is awsome we are moving to wilmington at end of month and was able to transfer to there sister apartment with such ease,i would not live any where else but with the blue ridge company,i cant wait to make the reserve at forest hills in wilmington our new home,im sure it will be great.
I moved to Abbotts Creek thinking I would just stay a year until I found something better but I just signed a lease for my 3rd year here. It's a nice complex, really quiet, neighbors generally keep to themselves but are friendly. The building is well maintained and well insulated so I don't hear any noise from my neighbors. The apartment itself is what you'd expect from a late 90's build complex- it's pretty bland and beige with nice but not top-of-the-line finishes, but everything was nice and clean when I moved in. The big draw here is the location- Kernersville is a great little town with most of what you need, and being right next to the highway makes it really easy to get to Winston or Greensboro for everything else. Overall I think it's a really nice place to live.
