Property Ratings at Abbey Road Apartments
I relocated to Pierre for a new job, and moving is stressful. I leased the place without viewing the apartment first. Having a place to move into made the move easier, and I was afraid I'd get stuck in a hotel if I didn't secure a place to live. Before I signed the lease, I asked a myriad of questions, and the property manager was patient and helpful, giving me accurate answers. I've lived here now for over a month. The apartment is great, and I'm glad I got it.
Happy about everything they have to offer. Lobby reminds me of a fancy high class hotel..
The amenities are top-notch and my experiences with fellow tenants and with management have been nothing but positive so far. Strongly recommended.
I am so happy worth my decision to move to Abbey Road Apartments! The units, building and grounds are well maintained, beautiful and quiet. Maintenance is fantastic! Moving in this newly opened apartment here in Pierre was the best decision for us. As a family, we find this place homey and cozy with all the brand new stuffs that each unit has including the amenities the apartment building offers. The area is safe and the staffs are always attentive to every concern. Best apartment in Pierre. Modern and luxurious. Hats off to Eric and his team!
This is a great place to live! Nice and quiet at night with the sounds of Pierre far away. You are close to major shopping. The views from the rooftop lounge are breathtaking.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartments are spacious with lots of natural light, and the utilities are reasonably priced. Maintenance is quick to respond, and the manager is always helpful and professional. The landscaping looks great and the amenities—especially the gym, theater room, and patio with the fire pit and grill—make it a great place to relax and unwind. Overall, it’s a secured, quite, comfortable and well-managed community

We absolutely love living in this apartment building! Everything here is so well thought out and enjoyable – from the fitness room, movie room, and entertainment room to the beautiful sky lounge with amazing views. The complimentary coffee station is such a nice perk, and all the shared spaces are always clean, well-stocked, and organized. The staff does a fantastic job keeping everything maintained every day. It truly feels like home, and we couldn’t be happier!
