This place is so pretty with all the mature trees! They make it feel timeless! Plus we are far off from the road and don’t hear the noise of cars and trucks. Maintenance here is also top notch! The ladies in the office are also nice.

Although I'm typically skeptical about reviews (i.e., wondering about who's really writing them and how objective the author is being), I'm happy to endorse Abberly Pointe as a great place to live. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. My 3rd floor apartment is quiet, spacious, and designed for comfort. Best of all is the staff: Responsive, friendly, and proactive-true professionals. I'm very glad that I chose to move here!

I lived in Abberly Pointe( Ashton Pointe) from 2014-2018. The only reason I left was because I purchased a home. The community was quiet and the grounds were well maintained. Brian was the maintenance man when I was there and he was AWESOME. All requests were filled in a timely manner and he was very friendly and professional. The men that took care of the landscaping were all friendly as well. There was always a smiling face and a wave hello when I passed by. The office staff....everyone there was nice and helpful. I had no complaints the entire time I was there. Parking was never an issue, the walls are constructed well so I rarely ever heard my neighbors. The apartments are spacious and flow well. I loved the pool, gym and the car care center. The reason I am writing a review now is because I'm moving to a new state and realize how important reviews are when looking at properties online. I have relied on reviews thus far when searching for an apartment. If the apartment is anything like it was when I was there you will not be disappointed.

We moved in six months ago and recently signed up for another year lease..... this is a great apartment complex and conveniently located where it is easy to get to everything ! The common areas (pool, gym, clubhouse, and grounds) are always kept clean and looking great. Any maintenance issues inside your individual apartment are promptly and courteously taken care of !

This apartment is nice. Rent is higher than other places. Sadly only one company is able to provide Internet and TV services, so I would look into that before renting. Staff is really nice and helpful here.
I recently moved in and absolutely love this place. The office staff was extremely helpful. They gave me insight on the best places in the area to dine, and shop. They made my transition to the area super easy. My apartment is great, very spacious. I love the pool area, and I have already met some very nice people. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I was unable to view a two bedroom apartment and there was no follow-up with administration.
