The staff are all very friendly and helpful! Great with communication even after moving in! Great clubhouse with a pool table, coffee machine, gift wrapping station for the Holidays, a really great gym, pretty pool area with a handicap chair aid as well as steps into the pool(also lights up very pretty at nighttime), really nice grills beside the pool for the community members to use, the entire property is clean, and it's more quiet than anywhere I have lived before. The Abberly at Market Point are the most perfect place to call home!
The apartments are super modern and the amenities are nice. I enjoy using the fitness center that’s open 24 hours and the fire pit is perfect on the chilly day. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have never lived in such a clean, quiet, and welcoming community. I feel completely safe walking my dogs at night with the well lit property. Also, the couple maintenance requests I've reported have been fixed within 24 hours. Neighbors are very respectful and friendly as is the entire office and maintenance staff. The staff definitely cares about the residents and the community. I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and have renewed my lease. Love not having to worry about anything and instead enjoy life.

Jessica Is so sweet and helpful. When i seeing her around the neighborhood she always ask about my baby Guice. My neighbors are amazing and everyone is extremely friendly. Abberly Markey Point is the place to be.

This community is absolutely beautiful. The customer service was unlike any other community nearby. They stand to greet you, always with a smile, and treat you with such respect as they help you find your new home. The location is perfect as well and though there are apartments nearby, this community stands out in many ways: the curb appeal, the Office Staff, the amenities, the finishes, just to name a few things. You won't be disappointed; when people move here they want to renew and stay as long as their life rhythms will allow. I asked them how occupied they were and how long the community had been here, and was astonished. Almost full and not even 2 years old! That's huge for any apartment community and something that always stands out to me! Love, love, love it here!
This place is amazing! It starts with the friendly staff that greets everyone as they come in the door including our pets! They are able to answer any question that you may have and are able to do it quickly. The amenities are so pretty and the pool makes you feel like you are away on vacation. It is so relaxing! The apartments themselves are gorgeous with the light cabinets and granite through out and the open concept feeling! It is an amazing place to call home.
The only good thing to say about this apartment complex is that it's in a good location. The apartments themselves are poorly managed, insanely expensive for what you get, and the common areas are never cleaned. When Spring/Summer comes around you'll also find your apartment infested with gnats and they say they can't do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You should and can get far better value elsewhere. If that means adding 5-10 extra minutes to your commute--add the minutes. You'll be glad you did. Once you're in here, they'll milk you for every penny.
WOW! What an amazing property and leasing experience. I cannot wait to move into Highlands and see this gorgeous community fill up. I would highly recommend giving the office a call and taking a tour with the incredible staff!
