11 Loft apartments, Nicer than apartments on 280!

I’m a little old school and believe in exceptional service. I do showings first, then applications—please apply only if you like what you see. There is one $50 credit application fee and no other fees. I own and manage these units myself and keep a personal, hands-on approach. I don’t use a portal—when something needs attention, I show up and handle repairs, often the same day. These apartments are renovated with care, preserving the character of the building. Features include ¾-inch hardwood floors in main living areas, carpeted bedrooms, solid-core wood interior doors, stainless steel appliances, and soft-close kitchen cabinets. Some second-floor units offer views of downtown Leeds, AL. Trash included.
