The unit has thick walls (which prevent most all noise to/from neighbors), high ceilings, large windows and 2 large double window sliding doors, one from the living room, and one from the bedroom, which both open out to the private patio which has shelves and a distributed watering system for plants. Owner pays for water and for garbage which is picked up twice a week from outside the unit. Renter pays for electricity. First and last month rent due at lease signing. No smoking allowed (negotiable). Renter is accountable for general cleanliness and general maintenance.
