Entertainment options abound with Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a pool table, and a variety of indoor games. Pets are welcome for a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Guests have complete access to the property with a secure door code sent two days before arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM, and excessive noise may result in eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Only park in designated areas, with a maximum of six vehicles allowed.
