Impeccable, clean and very private. Floor to ceiling glass, so much natural light fills the living area that you'll rarely have a need for the lights. Four balconies for breakfast outside or afternoon tea. Very quiet. Available for long-term rentals. No smoking permitted. Small pets are allowed (we never had a pet in the unit so far). Amazing location at walking distance to the beach and many restaurants on 5th Ave, Tin City, Bay Front, etc.
