Dogs under 25 lbs are allowed with prior approval. Located near Marathon airport, small aircraft may be heard taking off or landing. The back sundeck is shared by all guests, so please be respectful of others. While there is no designated driveway, there is ample parking for up to three vehicles or a boat trailer under 30 feet. Street parking is not allowed, and all vehicles must fit within designated areas. Check-in is any time after 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty is charged for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. A $200 fine applies for leaving the kayaks on the pool. Kindly return them to the designated place. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. The property is not suitable for children or toddlers under 5 due to lagoon and stair risks. Extreme caution is required, especially with children, as the lagoon is very deep and not fenced or gated. There are no rails or fencing at the seawall leading to the lagoon. Safety devices installed include a carbon monoxide alarm and a smoke alarm.
