All things in this home are brand new (minus the drywall and kitchen appliances). The home is decorated in transitional decor of neutrals with blue highlights. It is furnished mostly with Pottery Barn furniture and decor.
Home Gym:
Peloton treadmill, adjustable weight set, yoga mat, yoga block, plyometric box, jump rope—all for you to use at any hour of the day!
Remote Work:
There is a sizable desk and office chair in the Master Bedroom that is fully set up for a remote work day!

A full list of items provided is included in the pictures. There is no cable TV only streaming.
The Layout:
The home is almost 1300 sq ft. As you enter you will see the living room with a deep seated couch—3 throw blankets around the TV. The dining area has a table that can seat 6-7 people. The kitchen is fully stocked—Kcups, ground coffee, and Tazo tea. The kitchen has mostly Cuisinart kitchen products. We included glass Tupperware too for you to store leftovers. We also have a grill/ grill seasonings/grill tools. The (both new) washer and dryer is right off the kitchen. Step off the kitchen into the epoxy floor—garage gym. A Peloton treadmill, adjustable weight set, weight bench, jump rope, yoga (block/mat), plyometric box are there for you to use.
Bedrooms: 1) King bed, dresser, desk, iron, ironing board, clothes steamer, walk in closet. 2) Queen bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, walk in closet 3) 2 twin beds, 1 nightstand, standard closet.
