Once annually, owner will pay for bush trimming in backyard and cholla trim in front. Renter expected to manage weeds and any other light yardwork rest of year. HOA fines for failure to maintain weeds in front will be assessed to renter. Garage will hold two small cars, or one larger. No parking on the street is allowed at any time (for residents or guests), however, vehicles may park in personal driveway (a good option for taller vehicles).
