Really nice area. Gated community. No hidden free like dogs, cats, parking...10-15 mins to Naval Base San Diego. Elementary, middle school and high school are less than 1 mile away. Also police station is close by and low crimes rate. Albertsons, gas station, good years,1$stores, food for less, sporting good and other stores are walking distance. SDSU is about 5 mins drive. I would prefer military renting since I am in the military but other is okay with me also. Also 2 dogs are allow and cool with cat. Call me for more info
