The bedroom offers a queen size bed and the living area features a queen size sofa sleeper and twin sofa sleeper. **Please note that this complex is currently under construction and amenities such as the pools, beach access points, and tennis courts are closed intermittently. The time frame for repairs is expected to last through Spring 2020.** No pets. Unit cannot be unfurnished. Rent includes basic cable, WiFi, water/sewer, and garbage - tenant just pays electric. 6 month lease term available.
