Application Process: $50 application fee per adult (non-refundable) Applications must be submitted online and paid via credit or debit card All individuals age 18 and older who will reside in the home must apply separately Application processing may take up to 3 business days Occupancy must comply with local and county regulations All applications are valid for 30 days from the date credit was run. Liability Insurance Requirements The Landlord requires Tenant to obtain liability coverage of at least $100,000 in property damage and legal liability. Must maintain such coverage throughout the entire term of the lease agreement and Legend Realty to be listed as additional interest. Tenant is required to furnish Landlord evidence of the required insurance prior to occupancy, at the time of each lease renewal period, and upon request.
