About This Property

Of a 4 bedrooms townhouse, a one-bedroom walk-out basement (private) with a newly built kitchen, a large living room and a private full bathroom is suitable for a single or couple. This is ideally located with fast access to I-95, Route 32, and 29, and minutes away from excellent shopping, eating and entertainment venues like the popular Mall in Columbia or the Scenic Patuxent Branch Trail. We are a professional family with three children. I am working as a scientist and my wife is a school teacher. We are looking for a suitable tenants (single or couple) for our walkout basement. Tenant pays one-third of the total water and electric bill. High speed internet is available.
