It's a stone's throw away from Johnston High School and close to Beaver Creek Elementary, Summit, and Johnston Middle School. It is an excellent neighborhood with small ponds and parks. For some reason, Zillow does not display all the pictures. Please write to me to share more photos. Preference: I prefer a 2-year contract. Small pets are allowed for a small additional charge. All adults who will be living in the house have to fill out an application through RentPrep. All my tenants have bought a new home after living here for a couple of years.
