Big yard, plenty of green space, mowing included. Only a 2 minute walk to Supermarket and train station, as well as restaurants and shops. The rent is $1750 plus utilities and snow removal. The minimum monthly income requirement is rent times 3 (but preferably x4) which is approximately $5300mth.....or $65,000 per yr, The security deposit is $2500 and last month's rent is $1700. If the rent is paid electronically and on time every month, a $50 credit will be applied to next to last month's rent. On line application with references required. SORRY college students looking to rent until DEC, but please dont enquire anymore. I already have 2 interested parties on the waiting list should we decide to rent. Brunswick Housing Authority has concluded this unit is outside of their budget, so we cannot accept housing vouchers at this time. No Dogs Allowed, but 1 cat is ok.
