The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials and includes a dining table for 6. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and an en-suite full washroom, and three with queen-size beds. A common full washroom and a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies are also on this level. The basement offers a fifth bedroom with a queen-size bed, another full washroom, and a fully furnished open-concept space complete with a foosball and ping pong table. Enjoy exclusive access to the backyard featuring a patio and a private heated outdoor pool, available from May 30 to September 30. The pool is maintained at a comfortable 82°F (28°C) with heating included at no extra cost. Free parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway, along with 2 garage parking spots. Daily or mid-stay cleaning services are available at an additional cost: $270 for regular cleaning and $210 for basic cleaning (excluding laundry). Nestled in a prime Oakville location, this retreat is conveniently situated between Trafalgar Road, Dundas Street East, and Sixth Line, offering a blend of suburban comfort and urban accessibility. It's a short drive to the lakefront and GO Transit for easy access to Toronto. Downtown Oakville and the beautiful Oakville shoreline, with their variety of shops, restaurants, and scenic views, are also just a short drive away. Major roads and highways, including the QEW and Highway 403, are easily accessible. Please note that quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM to respect neighbors. Smoking, vaping, or the use of weed or any illegal drugs anywhere on the property is prohibited, with a $200/day deep cleaning fee applied if smoking is detected. Unauthorized parties or events may lead to a $1,000 penalty and cancellation. The unit is equipped with an Alertify monitoring device that measures sound levels and detects cigarette smoke. Tampering, disconnecting, or triggering a violation notification will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction. After check-out, please leave no more than 3 bags of trash; extra fees will apply for more. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Due to the owner's severe allergies, pets are not allowed on the property, with $500 fines applying for any violation. Late checkout after 11:30 a.m. will incur a $100/hour fee. Guests must swim at their own risk, and the host, co-host, and service providers are not liable for any injuries or unforeseen incidents in or around the pool area. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Diving into the pool is not allowed, and rough housing, aggressive splashing, running, and horseplay are not permitted. Eating or drinking in the pool and consumption of alcohol in the pool area are strictly prohibited. Long hair should be tied back or tucked into a swim cap. The maximum number of swimmers in the pool should not exceed 10. No glass items or kitchen utensils are allowed near the pool.
