About This Property

Property Id: 1374762 This was our home for many years. We love the house-the master bath shower is AMAZING. The back yard is nicely sized and doesn't make you feel crowded. Some of the highest ranked schools are within 3 miles of the house. Dining, shopping and all sorts of entertainment options are within a very short drive and best of all- the Atlantic Ocean is less than 15 minutes away (with bad traffic). If it weren't for work- we never would have moved!! We are looking for tenants who will love our home and treat it accordingly. This is not a party central place- the neighbors are very attentive and the HOA has no issue calling people out when needed. **Regarding pets: we have one of our own who we love and travel with but we have had terrible expenses with 2 vacation renters who did terrible damage so we reserve the right to not accept pets who can not prove to be well behaved and house trained. (The HOA does require curbing your dog).

A few miles down South Carolina’s Highway 17 will transport you from the tourist-filled streets of Myrtle Beach to the coastal properties of Murrells Inlet. This quaint fishing village is known for show-stopping flavors that make it “The Seafood Capital of South Carolina.” Each day fishing and shrimping boats deliver boatloads of fresh seafood to be cooked up at local eateries soon after.

During the day, the beaches of Murrell Inlet offer a more secluded sun and surf than Myrtle Beach. Residents can enjoy expert fishing tours, adventurous water sports, or simply a day of sunbathing on the warm coast.

The jewel of the inlet however, the MarshWalk, comes alive at night.
