The house is ideal for remote workers, retirees, or any mature tenant seeking a beautifully renovated home in the Avenues of historic downtown Durango. I will do an initial screening based on your responses and if it appears you would be a great fit, we can schedule a showing. After the showing, I will send you an application if you want to move forward with a lease. When your application is approved, a lease will be prepared. Renter pays for all utilities. Renter removes snow. Owner provides yard maintenance. One small dog (up to 30 pounds) may be allowed pending the owner's approval. Fee for a dog is $50/month. Lease term is 12 months. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent and is due upon signing the lease. First and last month's rent is due when the lease commences. Smoking is allowed outside the house. There is a garage for one car and on-street parking in front of the house.
