The living space includes a family room with a sofa that has a pull-out bed with a standard-size mattress, a large screen wall-mounted smart TV, an accent chair, a coffee table, and multiple lamps. The kitchen features a full stainless steel appliance package, white cabinets, a beautiful backsplash, a Keurig, a blender, a toaster, and a tea kettle. The bedroom features a king-size bed with dual nightstands and lamps. The attached bathroom has great lighting, a single vanity with a barn door-style door below it, a large mirror, a large glass-enclosed shower surrounded by beautiful tile and black hardware, and wide plank driftwood-colored tile flooring. An assigned parking space is located right behind the unit off a quiet alley. Common, coin-operated laundry is available at this complex. Located in the heart of downtown Naples, this apartment is less than a mile from the beach, 5th Ave S, shops, restaurants, and waterfront dining locations including The Dock, The Boathouse, and Tin City. The Fort Myers International Airport is about a 45-minute drive from the condo. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that we can repair or replace the damaged item. Pets are not allowed per HOA policy.
