Located right behind the Pasadena Police Department heliport, not too noisy in the house. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Hahamanga Park has the nation's oldest Disk Golf Course, and the Brookside Golf Course is less than a mile away. Five minute drive to La Cañada Trader Joe's, Gelsons, Pavilions, and several restaurants. Also, only a 10 minute drive to old town Pasadena. **Please make sure you read the listing in its entirety** - We expect you will respect our home. - Unauthorized gatherings or parties will result in a $500 fine, and eviction without refund for remaining nights. - No gatherings or music outside after 9:30pm, neighbors will complain. - No eating meals in the bedroom - snacks are OK. - NO unregistered guests without prior approval. - Absolutely NO drugs of any kind - alcohol is OK. - Absolutely NO smoking in the house and if you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash. - Use of washer and dryer is not permitted for stays of less than 4 nights stay. - Please always lock all doors when you leave and be courteous to the neighbors. -Do not share you entry code with unregistered guests. - If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let me know ASAP. - Unreturned and/or lost garage remote will be charged a $50 replacement fee. - Any significant damage or unregistered guests will result in the loss of security deposit. - Must clean kitchen and dishes if used for cooking - I live in coyote country so pets are not recommended, but if they are house trained and not ever left alone the fee is $15 per day per pet up to two pets, additional fees apply for additional pets or length of stay. Additional fees to be billed separately. - Loss or damage of personal property, and changes in itinerary are not covered by my insurance. It is recommended you purchase your own traveler's insurance.
