The nearest airport, St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, is just 7 km from the property. However, the property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a camera on the driveway and side yard for security. The property is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Shoes should be wiped at the door, and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Respect the neighborhood by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking, drugs, fireworks, or firearms are allowed on the property. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
