Enjoy the private saltwater pool with an option to add heat, a beautiful chef's kitchen with modern appliances, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a huge backyard game paradise complete with bowling, a fire pit, and more. Outdoor pool loungers, games, a putting green, and a private multi-sports court are also available for your enjoyment. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, it is available for $50 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. We welcome furry friends with a written notification and approval, allowing one house-trained dog with a pet fee and a security deposit of up to $150. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this home offers wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking. It is only 19 km from John's Pass, 19 km from Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk, and 24 km from the Chihuly Collection. Tropicana Field and St. Pete Pier are both 25 km away. The nearest airport is St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, just 7 km from the property. The property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times. Self check-in and check-out are available, and while the host is not available in person, they are happy to answer any questions through the messaging app. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a camera on the driveway and the side yard for monitoring access from the gate. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No smoking, drugs, fireworks, or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM and to keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. The reservation may be terminated without refund if any rules are violated. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the property.
