Avoid
This place is tiny. Like 100 sq feet. Mice would come in and defacate on the floor and counter. The place didn't even come with a full size fridge, freezer, or cabinets. The owner would come by occasionally without prior notice while I was at work, and then tell me I couldn't have 2 mini fridges, or that I was blocking the doorway (which was the only way I could fit all my stuff in that tiny place). The landlord lives in the same general area 100 feet away. This rental is just far enough away from downtown cadillac for charter and at&t to refuse to set up service here (even though it's only located 3 miles away from both their stores), so you will need to use unlimited data on your phone. Dish tv still comes out however. Power would frequently go out and would need landlord to fix every time. They know all this, which is why they set up a 14 month lease, and try to charge you with 2 months rent if you break lease early.
