The Waterway community boasts a large community heated pool, large community in-ground hot tub, a tennis court, a fitness center, tennis table, billiards room, a library, a workshop, 2 car wash spaces and a clubhouse available for social gatherings. Under building parking garage with 1 reserved space and guest spots. This condo even comes with a private boat slip that will accommodate up to a 25' boat, with water and electricity for just $200 extra per month. What more could you ask for? Only 2.5 miles to the breathtaking Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. The community is secure with locked elevator lobbies with a call box for your guests. Close to shopping, restaurants, medical facilities and public transportation. NO PETS/NO SMOKING. Association application and approval required (application fee is $100). 30 day minimum stay required. Dec 1-Apr 30 $3300 per month / May 1-Nov 30 $2200 per month. Prices shown are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities including WIFI. Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($250), Booking fee ($100.00) , Sales and Resort Taxes (12%) and Travel Insurance (if requested). Note that rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received. NOTE: Current tenants have until March 31st of each year to renew for the following year. After that date, we only accept 3+ month reservations until Labor Day. After Labor Day, in units that do not have rental minimums, we will accept reservations for shorter stays. Please contact us to be added to automatic e-mail alerts for available units.
