There is a corner working desk: a large walk-in closet and 6 drawer dresser along with an armoire with storage drawers. The two rooms are separated by a hallway with new stackable LG washer and dryer and a hanging rack. Storage/Parking: The home includes private covered parking and 1 additional uncovered parking lot spot. There is a large lockable storage unit, including an outside fridge/freezer. Complex Amenities: Staying at the Bonefish Yacht Club means quiet privacy and the ability to enjoy the 4-acre complex, including a tiki area, large pool, and tennis courts. Centrally located within the heart of the Keys-- it’s convenient to a Publix or Winn-Dixie for groceries, schools, local shopping and restaurants. There is no dock with this rental. Non-smoking home. Any damage caused by smoking will be deducted from the deposit and may result in additional costs. Utilities: The unit includes Cable and high-speed Wifi (Xfinity). There is also a Nest thermostat included with the unit to help control AC energy costs. The community has 2 designated trash pick-up areas.
