It is a LARGE newly remolded 2 bed 2 bath (1,219 sq. ft.) apartment in St. Matthews, KY at Mallard Crossing St. Matthews. Features a roomy floorplan, stainless steel appliances, wood vinyl plank flooring throughout, in-unit washer and dryer, and huge patio. The property includes access to two swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, dog parks, and car washing stations. Here is a link: to an e-brochure of the apartment and complex as well. The lease is from July 24, 2022 - to Feb 1, 2023 with the possibility to renew/extend. Trash and water are billed separately in the monthly community fees.
