About This Property

We are relocating for work and need someone that wants to take over our lease for under current market price. Unit 631 is a spacious 1225 square foot 2 bedroom apartment that is updated and modern. Comes with a large balcony as well as complex amenities such as a pool, gas and charcoal grills, a gym, pet park and spa, recreation room, gated entry as well as free parking. It is about a 20 minute drive into Nashville depending on where you want to go as well so it is very commuter friendly. I only included pictures from the website because we are packing but if you’re serious about taking over our rent, let me know and I can FaceTime to verify the apartment and give a tour. For this property you would have a lease from September 1, 2021 until March 13, 2022, the current units in our complex similar to ours are going for 1899 so you could at least lock in the apartment for 200 less at 1699 and renew your lease later anyway. It’s a great community, but we are forced to relocate for work. Our complex will let you take over our lease as is, so you would inherit our security deposit of $750. The apartment complex can confirm that for you. Also if you’re serious, we would cover the application fee. We can send you a copy of the application to fill out and send back to us to submit.
