When you walk in the front door you will be greeted by a large living space, dining area, and kitchen (with your most needed appliances). Relax and unwind in front of the large smart TV, or cook up a tasty meal with your brand-new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has an LG refrigerator that features a "craft icemaker" for your old-fashioned or bourbon. Down the hall from the kitchen, you will find a large pantry, a half bathroom, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. If you peek in the closet you will find an iron, ironing board, detergent, dryer sheets, and extra cleaning supplies. There are two bedrooms on the main floor which require no steps! When you enter the home, the double bedroom with a small closet is directly to the left. The master suite with a king-size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower is located at the back of the home. Take the carpeted steps to the second floor and you will find a large flex space where you can work and play. During work hours, you will have access to a large desk and comfortable chair so you can get down to business. After the sun goes down, enjoy watching your favorite show or movie on the large flat-screen TV or enjoy a game of pool. There are two bedrooms located on the second floor along with a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The queen bedroom has a dresser and closet. The king bedroom has a smart TV and closet. HOA rules must be followed and HOA does require 6 month minimum stay While this home may be a duplex, we can assure you that the space is fully yours! As well, no noise should be coming through the walls. The entire home is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
