All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
