We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities (all subject to COVID restrictions). Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village near the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year. To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear.
