About This Property
The house is ideally located in historic downtown Durango on the grid. The quiet street is 5 blocks from Main Ave. and less than 1 block from the Sky Steps. The open floorplan has hardwood and tile throughout. Both bathrooms have been updated. One has a shower and the other has a shower tub combination. Two of the three bedrooms will accommodate a king size bed while the third bedroom will accommodate a queen. There is a bonus room off the dining room that would make a great home office. There is a full unfinished basement. The house is situated on a double city lot (50' x 150'). There is a one car garage, a storage shed, and 2 off-alley parking spots. The yard is landscaped, and we provide lawncare. One cat is allowed at no extra charge. Utilities are not included. The primary heat source is gas forced air. As mentioned, we provide the lawncare, you provide the water. A deposit equal to one month's rent is due upon signing the lease. Last month's rent is collected in advance - 1/2 in the 2nd month of the lease and 1/2 in the 3rd month of the lease. A credit check and background check are required. A maximum of 3 adults are allowed. There are no bedrooms in the basement. There is no egress.
