Known as Cedarwood Farm, you can experience living on a working horse farm in the bucolic countryside of the North Shore. The farmhouse dates to 1900 and was the featured property on Farmhouse Fixer, a HGTV show in 2021. The production company renovated the first floor over a fourteen week period. The retreat like setting is available to small families looking for a unique vacation while visiting equestrian events in Hamilton/Wenham/Ipswich or exploring the seacoast beaches and historic towns nearby. Crane’s beach is four miles away. Note: being a working horse farm, access to certain areas is restricted. Lease term is negotiable but could be November through April of 2023. Select weeks in August, September and October are available at a negotiated weekly rate. The property is non smoking and pets are not allowed. Shown by appointment.
